Purpose This paper aims to analyze the evolution and interaction over time of functions a technological innovation system (TIS) based on concept an motor. Design/methodology/approach It is case study associated with technology for producing cage-free pullets laying eggs in Pelotas/Rio Grande do Sul (RS).
